When thinking of your Wedding day, it is important that you make sure the photographer covers all you had in mind to remember for the rest of your married life. On your wedding day you don't have time or space to think about the finer details of your photographs and what you would like to look back at one day, so you should really stipulate what is important to you as a couple and which areas of the celebration of love you can allow to get away with less detail. Each package aims at capturing the most detail as far as time and budget allows, but certain important moments and specific ideas should be properly explained and expressed before the big day. Our aim is to be unobtrusive and to create a relaxed and spontaneous environment without disrupting the natural order of your day - and it is your day, we're just there to capture it!

 

Booked Weddings

Once you've booked your wedding with us, a 50% deposit of the total price of the package is required at least 3 months before the wedding. 40% is required at least 2 weeks before the wedding and the remaining 10% is due on collection of the photographs. The completed package will be ready for collection at the studio within 2-6 weeks after the ceremony, depending on your chosen package. Photobook Albums will be ready within 6-10 weeks.

Wedding Packages...

It is extremely difficult to come up with "standard" packages to suit everybody's specific needs, therefore we don't do set packages. Instead, we offer you with a basic foundation; a building block on which you may add, expand and develop to fit the vision you have in mind. Please send us an email or give us a call and let's get together to discuss and discover your personal needs and desires. We will then draw up a non-obligatory quotation which we will email to you.   

The Building Block

• A DVD with images presented in Colour.
• A well balanced fusion of Black & White and Sepia images. 
  
• A selection of 50 photographs digitally edited with special effects.
• Fifty (50) printed jumbo photographs (photographers choice).
• Three (3) email-format compilation cards that can be sent out to family & friends.
• With four (4) hours of coverage.
  
• Building block cost of R3000-00.
  

 Add, Expand and Develop

 "Thank You" Cards:

This card will be a photograph of your choice which we will convert into a distinguishing "thank you" card with your own personal message on it for you to post off to all your guests just to thank them for sharing an unforgettable day with you. When the preferred photograph is selected, we will create a very unique style that would fit in with your overall theme and approach. Subject to quotation as size and number will vary.

 

 

 

 Photobook Albums:

A photobook album is your very own professionally printed, coffee table book style album. These albums are available in the following sizes:

• Large square book which is 30cm x 30cm with 14 sheets/28 pages.
• A4 landscape book which is 29.7cm x 21cm with 10 sheets/20 pages.
• Small Pocket landscape book which is 20cm x 15cm with 10 sheets/20 pages.
• Small Pocket landscape soft cover book which is 20cm x 15cm with 8 sheets/16 pages.
• Double sided printing on all albums.

Please Note

These are just guidelines, ideas and stepping stones that will lead to your final expression. When we get together we will discuss all aspects of the wedding. The more information and details you provide, the better we will understand your vision. 

Events & Functions

In order for us to accurately determine the cost for a private function or event, please contact us and we will send you a free quotation. Quotations are valid for two weeks and a 50% deposit is required at least two weeks prior to the date of the scheduled event or function.

Indemnity, Terms & Conditions

• It is regarded that upon the receipt of the deposit these indemnity, terms and conditions are
  understood and are binding.
• The photographer is unable to accept liability for occurrences beyond his control.
• In the unlikely event of bad weather, mechanical failure, theft, accident or any other circumstance
  which prevents the photographer from fulfilling his obligations to his satisfaction, the photo shoot
  can be rescheduled after the wedding day at a nominal charge.
• In the event of sickness, accident or any other event disabling the photographer from fulfilling his
  obligations, the photographer is willing to appoint a replacement.
• The photographer will not be held liable for any specific picture not captured during the session.
• The client consents to the photographer using his/her own artistic license in deciding on all
  aesthetic elements for each photograph. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform the
  photographer of any specific photographic requirements or of any change in the event schedule.
